I'm currently a UX Researcher and strategist with a background in Industrial Design & Service Design. I’m passionate about the “fuzzy” front end of product development and using qualitative research to base design strategy on empirical, user-centered insights. While I have in-house experience ranging from startup to Fortune 50, the subtext to all my work has been collaboration with others to create experiences that spark delight.
