As a Sr. UX Researcher at Chase, I partner with Product, Design, & fellow Researchers in the creation and refinement of internal-facing systems that enable servicing colleagues to provide great customer experience. For the last 2 years, I've had the privilege of translating the expertise of colleagues working in branches and call centers into actionable insights.
